Elected from General Body for a term of five years. Consists mainly of women belonging to the targe villages, GB of SAHELI provides strategic direction, policy guidance, and oversight to ensure that the organization remains mission-driven, transparent, and accountable. Comprising experienced, learned, and committed members, the Governing Body supports ethical governance, regulatory compliance, and the long-term sustainability of women-centric initiatives launched by SAHELI. Creates sub-committees for progamme management, organisational development, fund-raising and visibility making, partnership and collaboration, and progress tracking.
